Susanne Fraser and Carol Cronk, a mother-daughter team of artists, began making porcelain dolls in 1992. At first they concentrated on finely crafted and detailed reproductions.

After taking sculpture classes in both Chicago and New York in 2001, 2002 and 2004, they expanded their horizons into sculpting one-of-a-kind original works of art.

They sculpt both the faces and arms and legs, and make all the clothing, also. Both are active members of Michigan Doll Making Guild.
